At Level Ground Co, we are committed to ensuring that your coffee arrives fresh and on time. Below you'll find all the information you need regarding our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping

UK Shipping

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom, with a range of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery (2-4 working days): £3.95
  • Free Delivery: On orders over £25


All orders are roasted fresh and dispatched within 1 working days of your order being placed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please note: Deliveries to remote areas, such as the Highlands and Islands, may take longer than the standard delivery times.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries in Europe. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. For full details, please check our international shipping rates at checkout.

Returns

We take great pride in our coffee, and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Coffee

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on roasted coffee unless it arrives damaged or the wrong product has been sent. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Equipment and Merchandise

If you wish to return non-perishable items such as brewing equipment or merchandise, you may return them within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

  • How to return: Please email us at roastery@levelgroundco.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide further instructions. 
  • Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
