A honey processed Costa Rican coffee with notes of Caramel, Marzipan and Cherry.

This is a women’s only coffee (Mujer translates to Woman) lot created by their nearly 300 female coop members. The ripe cherries, are delivered to a dedicated receiving station for separation and traceability. After resting for 24 hours, the coffee is pulped using a demucilager. The beans are then sun-dried on a concrete patio, being raked 7-8 times per day.

This coffee is suitable for all brew methods
